You also need to have an active Washington state physical therapy license or be eligible for one.<\/p>\n<p>To apply, submit your application by December 1st through <a href=\"https:\/\/rfptcas.liaisoncas.com\/applicant-ux\/#\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RF-PTCAS<\/a>, the centralized application for residency and fellowship programs in physical therapy.
