Lauren Bilski PT, DPT, NCS, CBIS
Lauren Bilski attained her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2016. She began her career in inpatient rehab at Magee Rehabilitation, working primarily with patients with spinal cord injury, stroke, and brain injury. Upon moving to Seattle in August of 2019, Lauren began working in acute and critical care settings with neurologic populations at Swedish Medical Center in Cherry Hill. Lauren is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (2020), a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (2018), and completed her Certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory and the APTA (2018). She has given numerous presentations on topics in neurologic physical therapy including central vestibular disorders and respiratory dysfunction in the neurologic population. Lauren remains very involved in the professional association having served as the Membership Committee Chair and delegate to the APTA in Pennsylvania and currently serving as the King County District Chair and Delegate for APTA Washington. She was recognized by the APTA with a 2019 Emerging Leader Award. Lauren is an accomplished dancer and continues to enjoy creating work, teaching, and performing in her free time.
