ABOUT THE RESIDENCY…
- Practice and receive mentored training in three primary rotations across Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Outpatient settings at Seattle Children’s Hospital
- Complete secondary rotations with our clinical partners in Early Intervention at Boyer Children’s Clinics and School-Based Settings at Seattle Public Schools
- Engage in training and service delivery at the UW Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program
- Serve as a teaching assistant and clinical instructor for second-year DPT students in the REHAB 502 Pediatric Physical Therapy course series
- Complete a variety of quality improvement, advocacy, education, and leadership activities on local and national levels
- Receive guidance and support during application and preparation for the ABPTS Pediatric Clinical Specialist Exam
