Philosophy of Care:  Evidence based practice that supports participation in life is the platform I start from for patient care.   I take into account the patient/ family’s goals, structure and ability to implement therapeutic interventions.  I am reality based.   Starting my career in orthotics and turning towards physical therapy has provided a base of focus with a keen eye for gait and alignment.   I feel it is an honor to participate in the life of a child with physical disabilities and my goal is to make sure each patient/family I work with feels heard and valued.  Sharing my knowledge with team members and learners is paramount in in my own professional growth as well as the growth in the field of pediatric physical therapy.
